Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VAINK is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. VAINK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
VAINK is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance, but VAINK cannot guarantee replacement or refund in these cases.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery or Refusal
If a package is returned to VAINK due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
International Shipping
International shipping times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services. VAINK is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
